Accepted linux-firmware into focal-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-
firmware/1.187.16 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

Just checked with xps13-9310-c5-202007-28045 in the certification pool.
The wifi interfaces no response after `iperf -c` for about 20~30 mins.
Can not find iwlwifi related error nor firmware crash show in dmesg.
