On Ubuntu 21.04 when I use Thunderbird, drag-n-drop sometimes fails to
work when moving messages. I attempt to drag a message (or a collection
of messages) from one folder to another, but the attempt to drag fails
and nothing happens.
This occurs when I use the default (Wayland) login. The problem does not
occur when I use X.org login.
The problem is intermittent; it may take a few moves for the failures to
start occurring.
I reported this issue in bug#1934185 but that bug report is primarily
about Ubuntu Dock and I was asked to file a separate bug report about
Thunderbird.
To file this bug report, I ran "ubuntu-bug" under X.org but the bug
actually occurs only under Wayland.
