I'm not certain this will resolve the issue as the package was
previously built on riscv64, but I've uploaded it anyway.

was removed in hirsute with the rationale "rdep of pyopencl". That
hasn't changed, and pyopencl isn't built on riscv64, so this seems like
it would just reintroduce an uninstallable package?
