Public bug reported: [Impact] On some systems, Intel WiFi device may stop working after reboot.
[Fix] Use ACPI S5 for reboot. [Test] 2000 times of reboot stress, and Intel WiFi continues work on affected system. [Where problems could occur] There was a bug introduced by this patch, but the user didn't want to find the root cause.
