[hardy] unable to start cupsys if selinux is enforcing.

The problem is SELinux, see bug 202983 for a better description (dpkg
--configure tries to restart cupsd wich fails if cups is in enforce-mode due to
SELinux protection).
Please fix.
Here is the real error:

I did an upgrade to kernel 2.6.24-12, the cupsys seems to have installed
I used a an alternate Alpha6 Mar14 to supplement the download. I didn't
check to see if the version changed There were other packages that still
failed to load, but they are other bugs

Like Christer, I found this thread after experiencing the same problem
updating CUPS after making the switch from apparmor to selinux.

I haven't been sure if it was the upgrade as much as the number of applications
I have loaded on my system. I decided to try and load as much as I could onto
my system , because I intend to upgrade my laptop, to a dual core, before I
installed a system permanently on the new laptop. I now know
i still regularly get this issue with any update of cups. I was
assuming it was related to my addition of SELinux / removal of apparmor?

I tried to upgrade from a gutsy system to hardy alpha 5 and had a
similar problem with cupsys 1.3.6-1ubuntu1 with kernel
2.6.24-10-generic. It couldn't find apparmor_parser, and failed.to
configure In turn a lot of other dependencies failed. The upgrade
failed, and suggested I return my system to
