[Impact]

  Some OEM designs may populate the secured USB port without runtime
power management supported.

[Fix]

  Adds two IDs for XHCI controllers and enable runtime PM as default.

  This is from kernel 5.16-rc6.

[Test]

  This is requested by AMD.

  Low risk. This patch adds two additional hardware IDs and has no
impacts on other systems.
