This seems to be the same problem we are having on real hardware, in my
case the Dell Latitude D630. I get the issue on Ubuntu 8.04 AMD64
Desktop Beta 1.
The first issue, in your case, is not detecting the QEMU graphics
card/monitor. But the issue that stops you from continuing is the low-
