after checking swupdate against migration-reference/0 in jammy, the same
regression was seen, so now britney is not seeing it as regression anymore.
Autopkgtests are now fine!

available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/json-c/0.15-3~ubuntu1.22.04.1 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
