Reopening and triaging based on the duplicate bug 283065. It seems to be
a problem with upgrading from older or non-ubuntu versions, and the
problem exists in the ~/.quodlibet folder. Quodlibet should probably do
a check/fix for this problem in newer versions.

Seems to be an issue with a bad / corrupted configuration. I am closing
this report since both reporters have resolved the issue. Please reopen
if you find quodlibet to be at fault or if the error reappears. Thanks

It seems to be tied to an issue of the configuration folder .quodlibet
in your home folder. By wiping it, and starting over, I no longer have
this problem. I think this bug may no longer be required.
*I think*. I am not sure what triggered it to begin with... since it was
not broken with an upgrad
Thanks Matthew. Did you get this error using a clean install of Intrepid
/ quodlibet, or have you upgraded from an existing version or previously
used quodlibet SVN?

I was just about to submit this error myself... Yes... It is still a
problem with the latest intrepid packages.
