Looks good, and (once added to the archives)solves the bug.
The brown and looks very out of place on desktops that don't use the default
theme though. If color is needed, could this be fetched from the window
theme or similar? Otherwise dark greys would work in more places.

It's pretty simple to change the colors in the code. Do you know of a
place where theme colors can be queried from? I'd like to avoid a plain
gray.
