* Fix LUKS passphrase unlocker for non-US keyboard layouts.
* Disable pkgselect module on Kubuntu, it's not ready for use and wasn't
ubuntu-unity-installer-prompt ended up being unnecessary (and
prohibitively difficult to implement), so this has been dropped from the
list of things that this FFe involves.
