adonthell: FTBFS: mv: cannot stat './adonthell.py': No such file
This is caused by passing -makedefault to swig, which was dropped
upstream: https://github.com/swig/swig/blob/v4.2.1/CHANGES#L579. Simply
dropping use of this old flag fixes the build.
