I confirm this problem with an X40. I can absolutely confirm this behavior for a fresh and updated installation Hardy; about 40 seconds till X returns. This has never happened with Gutsy. When suspend to ram and resume it spends 40 seconds showing console and waiting for X. In Gutsy and the first versions of Hardy Beta resume from suspend were speedy, 1 or 2 seconds and X is present. This bug persists. When I resume, computer waits 1 minute before to show Xs again. And console messages about over current are the last showed.
