Public bug reported: Binary package hint: cupsys
No printing at all after upgrade from 7.10 to 8.04 amd64. Setup: 2 Printers on a edimax printserver (lpd). After the upgrade both printers are shown ready in the cups webif, only pull a sheet of paper and blinks on error without any transfer over the LAN. For correction i purged cups, gutenprint and foomatic completely and make a full setup after reinstall. Same situation, blinking printers without transfers. Printers can be added, reconfigured and jobs are coming up with percents till print start.
