I'd like to check if I can confirm this bug, but could you provide a bit
more detailed description, of what exactly do you mean by the context
menu shortcut (and possibly include the context menu shortcut entry
from the 'kdeglobals' file - I don't think I have one).

Changing the KDE context
The shortcut is called PopupMenuContext and is used to open the right-click
context menu. The default value is defined in
/usr/share/apps/kcmkeys/kde3.kksrc, the line is
PopupMenuContext=Menu
in the section [Shortcuts].
