I don't think this is a network manager bug but it is certainly a
serious problem. Both 2.6.24.18 and 19 both manage to hose not just my
fancy new wireless card but also my as-generic-as-John-Smith onboard
wired ethernet. Kernels up to 2.6.24.17 work as right as rain and then
just bomb once you
i would like to second bill's bug. installing the 2.6.24.18 kernel
update immediately broke not just my personal network connection, but my
entire home network. hardware issues including modem, router, cabling
and onboard ethernet have been eliminated as the source of the problem.
