So I tried all available options I found on the net. I can't remember if
I installed first the nvidia-glx-new and later the nvidia-glx or vica
versa.

I sincerely doubt that you need the 32bit compatibility libraries
installed in /usr/lib64 which is just a symlink to /usr/lib. The
required files are already in /usr/lib and the compatibility libraries
are installed in /usr/lib32.
Please reproduce the problem, then set the driver to nv in
