I can confirm this bug. Recreated it using a Sony-Ericcson k550i.
I have the exact same problem, Can create New-empty-folder on the phone, but
can not rename it.
Also it is not possible to send files from the PC to the Phone using 'browse
device' via BT icon.
I get the same error message:
Please correct me, if I'm wrong,
I think, i have choosen the WRONG PACKAGE, I think in hardy bluez-gnome is
the default BT-Package.
I have added it to affected projects
