if your system has an Intel Celeron CPU, then you shouldn't be
installing the amd64 version of Ubuntu. Try using the normal (32-bit,
x86) version...
As a sidenote, but I'm not sure about this one, it seems to me that this
motherboard is not for Intel Celeron processors...
