Hi stefab,
Do you know if there have been any efforts to get this driver merged
into the upstream kernel? It's a lot of extra work for the kernel team
to maintain out of tree drivers. As such they typically require
upstream submission first. Thanks.

I think that no one is submitting official module sourcecode to the upstream
kernel.
If u don't want to maintain the driver mergin could u forward to upstream
channel?
