Hi,
I have the same problem, I have some audio speakers attached to USB and
when I suspend my Ubuntu machine they are still on power which they
shouldn't.
So far I found no way to switch them off (Googled around). Is there any
process here on this incident?

i installed, reinstalled, and tried several version releases including
latest beta. can't remember which silly name it's called. anyhow i gave up.
it's gotta be a hardware dependent problem. in fact i got so tired of

fried and corrupted data. there are two new cpus in the mail. the problem
occurs on seperate asus p2b-ds mobos. maybe i'll try using just one cpu.

Hi wowflash,
Care to test the latest pre-release of Jaunty 9.04 (currently Alpha3)
and let us know if this is still an issue? You should be able to test
suspend via a LiveCD - http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/ .
Thanks.
