Using EXA RENDER acceleration in the open source radeon driver, on an rv250
(Mobility 9000), certain transparency elements will get artifacts along the
border of the canvas, for lack of a better word. It's not the border
It's not a severe enough bug that EXA can't be activated by default, but
it does get a little annoying. I'll attatch the files here and on fdo.

Hi Joey,
I'd still like to have your Xorg.0.log, xorg.conf, and the output of
lspci -vvnn when you get a chance, but I've gone ahead and forwarded
this bug upstream anyway as I'd like to get progress going on EXA bugs
(I'm hoping we can switch to it by default in Jaunty).
