I'm actually going to change this to being a duplicate of bug 209794
since the issue is that the Awesome Bar's Rich Results isn't being
cleared as part of private data.
** Changed in: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
I suppose that clicking on the symbol (please, see the picture attached) at the
end of the address line I got a list of previous addresses visited which is the
browsing history. If it is not, I'm sorry.
However, I'm used to getting that list being empty AFTER I choose Clear Private
Data.
PS
Is it showing browsing history or your bookmarks? In Firefox 3,
bookmarks show there too, so after history is cleared, the bookmarks
remain. When I try to reproduce this, I just see things I have
bookmarked.

Uh! Does it show my bookmarks? To be honest, I don't like this concept.
However, It might be just my problem.
However, I've got a lot of bookmarks and I don't see all of them within that
list.
Not to mention I can see here addresses I DO NOT have within my
bookmarks, they're the links I'd
I can confirm that after cleaning, it shows bookmarks, and only them -
no browsing history.

I don't know how Mozilla decided which bookmarks to show. I think it
might have a little to do with often-visited or recently-visited, but
I'm not sure.
To make the Awesome Bar not show history, you can set
downbar.function.keepHistory to false in about:config

Clear Private Data DOES NOT
Hi,
I've just read some info about AwesomeBar on the web and I think I got it. When
I write a word (or part of it) into the address line, it searches through my
history AND my bookmarks so I got that list of addresses that I had not
expected (after I'd cleaned my history out).
In this case it
