the issue has been fixed in jaunty where autorun dialog are not
displayed

the bug is not really fixed but the workaround will do for jaunty so
dropping the milestone target

Autorun fails with Error Message
Inserting a Windows CD in jaunty still offers autorunning it but fails.
src/nautilus-autorun-software.c does not implement it yet. The user only
sees something like could not autorun, which should be more
descriptive or autorunning should not be offered at all.

Clicking the Open Autorun Prompt has the same effect.
It has the same effect as the bug. It fails.

Nautilus doesn't support autorunning EXEs/INF files currently, and
should not be offering to autorun (last I checked it didn't in Intrepid,
but it's been a while). If you're running Hardy, you might still be
seeing this erroneous behavior, though IIRC we committed a fix for it on
the Nautlus 2.22
