Nevertheless, as the apache2 package was split, I think that this bug
report can be closed. gnome-user-share only depends on apache2.2-bin
now, and therefore no full-blown apache is installed.

I've opened a bug with debian to split apache (http://bugs.debian.org
/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=468690) apparently it is done, so perhaps
there is just a need to change the dependency to reduce the amount of
packages pulled.

This isn't possible with the current codebase (there's no way to split
out bluetooth / WebDAV pieces without re-writing the code to have a
plugin type architecture). However, it might be possible to drop the
apache depends to a recommends or suggests. It looks like it should
degrade gracefully
Yes, please split the package or somehow alter the dependencies so that
we don't need to install Apache to use Bluetooth sharing.
