I got a similar error when upgrading from intrepid ibex via the update-
manager.
The installer popped up a message stating /var/cache/apt/archives/vim-
runtime_2%3a7.2.025-2ubuntu1_all.deb konnte nicht installiert werden
([...] could not be installed) and Unterprozess pre-installation script
