I have revisited this bug report and now find it no longer valid. I am using Jaunty AMD64 and Firefox 3.0.11 The problem seemed to relate to a CUPS driver for the HP Color LaserJet 3600n. On normal resolution it would not print graphics from the BBC News web site, on high resolution it did. The driver is HP Color LaserJet 3600 Foomatic/pxljr [en]. Now graphics print on both normal and high resolutions as expected.
