city? See http://live.gnome.org/LibGWeather/ImprovingLocations about how
locations are handled, upstream decide to add only major cities. The
request should be sent to bugzilla.gnome.org

I confirm this.
Also after updating from hardy to intrepid some Russian cities disappeared.
Krasnoyarsk for example.
Workaround: replace libgweather-common package with the version from hardy.
