Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rhythmbox was working fine, but it suddenly started getting import
errors on all my files. The error messages say: "Problem occurred
without error being set. This is a bug in Rhythmbox or GStreamer" and
"The GStreamer plugins to decode "SMIL document" files cannot be found".
I personally have changed nothing, I can only guess that an automatic
update has caused this problem. Please help!!

Running Ubuntu 8.04 with version 0.11.5-0ubuntu8 version of rhythmbox
and gstreamer0.10-plugins-base version 0.10.18-3.
