In the current choosable keyboard variants, the german "neo"-Variant is available. However, it has been updated to neo2 by the developers: http://www.neo-layout.org/ (in German) Some keys changed position and, more important, extra "letters" like braces, integals and greek letters got available or were moved to a programmer-freindly position.
