Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mingw32-runtime
It is rather a wish than a bug. When trying to compile the latest revision of FFmpeg, ./configure gives the following error ERROR: MinGW runtime version must be >= 3.15. I've downloaded the tarball from the mingw site and unpacked it to /usr/i586-mingw32msvc/ Then, FFmpeg wanted Win32 API >=3.13: ERROR: avisynth and vfwcap_demuxer require w32api version 3.13 or later. I've downloaded the revision 16038 of FFmpeg. ** Affects: mingw32-runtime (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- FFmpeg needs mingw32 runtime >=3.15 and win32 API >=3.13 to compile https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/306542 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
