Kjell is right: this doesn't need to go through brainstorm since
- we've discussed this at the last UDS and the mentioned blueprint has been
validated by Rick Clark!
- this is not an idea anymore, but something I'm finishing 2 times upstream
(in Powerman and NUT; and in Debian).
another thanks to
upstream will release 2.3.3 next week, with everything needed for a Debian
upload.
