The error log indicates that you may have installed some third-party
Emacs libraries that then failed to byte compile properly. Do you still
have /tmp/emacs-snapshot.tg9094 on this system? If so can you attach it?

I don't have it any longer, but in later updates I saw that there was a
problem byte-compiling nxml-mode.I'm about to jauntify this box, so
when I get to the other side I'll try again and see what happens.
