aren't really a bug and require more discussion, which should be done on
an appropriate mailing list or forum.

made a needs-packaging bug out of it and filed against the firefox-
extensions project which we use to track packaging requests.

what license does DOI have? do they include a license in the .xpi? are
they shipping binary components (e.g. *.so files)?
