Well, apt-get source soundconverter gives me 1.3.2-0ubuntu1. I was not aware, that a newer version is already out. Thanks for your debdiff. However it looks like it is based on soundconverter 1.3.2, and not 1.4.1-0ubuntu1 which is the version in the Ubuntu archive.
