Notify OSD does not use progress bars at all. It shows gauges for
brightness and volume, but it would be misleading to present those as
progress bars, because they do not represent progress of anything.

Notify-OSD has its own theme of steel matte indicators. We'll be
improving the look of the indicator by adding more texture to it.

There are 2 main drivers for this:
- make the theme clean and elegant
- by using grayscale we reinforce the non-interactive character of the
notification bubbles.
