Hm, this text shouldn't be in there.
To fix this problem for you: You can safely delete this file, it contains no
useful information. In a terminal type:
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list
and confirm with your password when asked.
Do you have Ubuntu Hardy (8.04) at the moment? If so,
Oops, if you issue that last command, you should also do this
afterwards:
sudo chown root.root /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list
