Yes that fixed the problem I had a few problems logging in as root but that fixed it. Hm, this text shouldn't be in there. To fix this problem for you: You can safely delete this file, it contains no useful information. In a terminal type: sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list and confirm with your password when asked. Do you have Ubuntu Hardy (8.04) at the moment?
