I want to inform you that I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.04 and the same thing is still
happening.
and I wanna correct a post saying that the hottest place is the memory, its
actually the HD .. and the memory too but not as hot as the HD, it gets really
hot!

from down .. the part which is the hotest is the place of the memory !!

Please Note that I had a dell laptop and it shut its self down for the
last time, technicians told me that the motherboard was burnt. and I
like ubuntu that I would give up another laptop.
