Same problem with gnome-appearance-properties ... clicking the help button does not launch ghelp nor display anything else. System -> Preferences -> Appearance I ran through the remaining applets in System -> Preferences and System -> Administration and the rest that have a help button all launch ghelp. AFAIK from upstream comments, the problem is that there is no documentation to go with the Help button. So IMVHO it's better to hide the button until somebody writes up the documentation so that users don't click on it and wonder "why doesn't is show help". It's not a solution of course.
