Public bug reported:
Kubuntu 9.04 does not have a PPD for the DELL 3110cn.
Linuxprinting.org proposes the 3100cn PPD for the 3110cn but it causes
wrong measurements (e.g. 28 mm margin instead of 20 mm, object width of
155 mm instead of 170 mm) and does not provide all options of the
3110cn.
I've attached the original german PPD file of DELL 3110cn from Windows
driver.
