Section 7 would require a working connection, which is why it isn't

these instructions, but when I did instruction 16 click on Close the
window disappeared, leaving me in doubt as to how to follow instruction 17
ensure the connection is ticked in the connections
I'm confident that the steps are correct but I'm not sure you have
identified if your modem is correctly detected or not so yes I would
check you have the correct device.
