Sorry for a very late reply, it seems my title had misled the understanding of problem definition. Here are some example of those sites: http://freshmeat.net/projects/pfb/ http://gscripts.net/free-php-scripts/Listing_Script/AJAX_File_Browser/details.html after open the pages, try to create desktop shortcut and move it to some others location ( to root folder, may be ) then ubuntu will surely display an error of such operation.
