validating send to dev, a usual empty bug report is opened as if the
previous command have not existed.
Don't worry, this will work. As Launchpad says Extra debugging
information will be attached to this bug, but only when you actually
file the bug.

i see now that this process was hidden to user until he send the report. Can't
it be better to let it know before instead to open the empty bug report after
send to dev ?
