I don't use qtcurve neither biobar anymore. Anyway, I installed them to
check it and found that the problem is gone now, so I modified the
status of the bug to fixed.

Just in case someone is in the same situation, as a temporal workaround
I installed the kfirefox add-on (v 0.16) and now Biobar is fine,
although the whole firefox appearance has changed a little bit, making
it more similar to the original firefox theme, more than to the
(k)ubuntu theme, which I
