Hi Folks Thanks a lot for trying. I found #201655 by googling and added mine without noticing that your forum is for ubuntu only. I have this bug on Windows and after finding the official thunderbird bug list, I noticed, that this error is actually well known, however it won't be fixed until version 3.0 So sorry about bothering all of you. I tried to attach a picture with a special character in the file name (small i trema, means a i with two dots: ' ï '.
