Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install , that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of the project. While this looks like a papercut, it mostly likely isn't an easy fix. This is also an edge case as it only applies in the URL bar and not in the browser itself. Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Are you sure that you have text selected when you right click in the address bar? When I right click, I have no text selected and the options are disabled. When I right click on the address bar, all text is automatically selected.
