Other test, if I'm listening music in Rhythmbox and I receive a
notificacion this weird sound is not emited.

Rectification: When I listen music (MP3 format) with Rhythmbox,
sometimes, randomly, I hear a distorted sound, like a squeak or similar
(it's dificult describe a sound with words).

Follow up with this bug:
Maybe the lack of some quiet buffer when changing between applications
leads to this problem. It seems the sequence when changing application
is that pusleaudio first mute that application, and the set the volume
to certain value, and then play the sound from that
