not sure it has anything todo with #397833

Konqueror does not play applets corrrectly :
- some appears with a fixed image though they are supposed to display animation,
- others not.

The link between KJAS Konqueror and java appears obscure to me ; on a 64
bits machine can I use the latest java from a 64 bits jdk as downloaded
from sun site or is it a java module from the ubuntu packages (for the
time being I have set ?

Firefox with a different engine and using Java(TM) Plug-in 1.6.0_16
works fine when playing applets.

I have set "java" in konqueror "configuration" window.
