This is proving a pain; having imported 1.2.2.0 and fixed an upstream
build issue, major issues remain with the build I have at the moment:
* Text in the GUI appears to all be being rendered with incomplete bitmap CJK
fonts---European Latin script accented glyphs do not show and all CJK
